Box Burst Graphics & Printing does not offer refunds on any purchases. If you receive a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you taken care of immediately.

All returns will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.
All items applicable for return must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Store credit will be issued via e-gift card within 3 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid of the item.
We urge you to please refer to the size chart before ordering. Also to please carefully read the description.
CUSTOM ORDERING RETURN:
We ALWAYS send a mock up for you to approve. If you approve the final artwork and there is an issue with the item because of your approval (mis-spelling a name entered in the notes by you at check out for example) we will not reprint the item for free. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is correctly entered.
ORDERING SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK:
Sometimes there is stock issues! I upload and designs things months in advance and sometimes those colors aren't available at the time of ordering. I will personally email/text you asap if this is ever an issue. If this does happen to you I will either ask if you'd like a different color option or refund the FULL amount back to your account.
